Tire skidding after adjustable control arms on JL

Hi all,

Looking for any insights of my confusion.. any help/suggestion are appreciated!

I installed a 2.5" Rock Krawler lift on my JL 2 door a few months back. It was a base kit and doesn't include any adjustable control arms. I did have a spare Mopar front LCAs (from mopar lift kit) so I swapped them in, which is 1/4 inch longer than stock front LCA. That was it. It had been fine without any issues.

I recently purchased full set of adjustable control arms / track bars from rock krawler and installed them based on the instruction's length.
Front LCA: 24-1/4"
Front UCA: 20-7/16"
Rear LCA: 20-1/4"
Rear UCA: 17 9/16"

I adjusted rear UCA to be longer for the pinion angle as it's pretty steep for a 2 door with this spec. Went for a test drive, and mostly good. However, when I do a sharp u-turn, the tire was skidding. It was a full left turn. I checked there is no rubbing as I have 4.5 backspacing wheels.

I'm wondering if anything potentially could be off in this set up?

I have no check the alignment, but the front caster shouldn't be too much off. I was looking at the angle of the front diff (a flat vertical surface), and it's almost same as before, thus the cast shouldn't be much difference.

I'm thinking.. if the wheel base is somehow different than factory spec, say too long, would this cause tire skidding?

Tire skidding? was it hopping like when in 4HI or 4LO?

Does your JL still have the air damn in place?

First thing I'd check, are both upper arms the same length, and are both lower arms the same length.

If you have the axle in a bind, it's REALLY going to show up in a turn.

But, the alignment SHOULD show that.
