Pfizer-BioNTech

On December 11, 2020, this became the first COVID-19 vaccine to receive an Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Emergency Use Authorization (EUA), after the company reported positive clinical trial data, which included news that the vaccine was up to 95% effective at preventing symptomatic disease.

Sorry, I was off by 4%
"Up to"? So "up to" could mean that most people are 40% protected but some people are 95% protected.

Later on we learned that we were being protected from death and from being put on a ventilator with a huge tube down your throat, but not actually from getting sick. Now we are learning that the protection from getting sick wanes by 20% for every 2 months since you became fully vaccinated. Oh great, now we are becoming almost as likely to carry the virus on to someone else at if we never got vaccinated at all!

This guy is brilliant. Well worth the time to watch.
Fauci needs to be in prison...

4 Million people killed by Covid. And counting... (2/3 of the number, at this point that Hitler killed in the holocaust)

You’re comparing one country to the entire world. Apples to oranges. And no, that was not worth the time to watch.

This is complete bullshit. I'd like to see a country-wide walkout over this. No one should have to go through this. It's not even America anymore.
My other option is to get vaccinated. I'm not against vaccines but the more it's forced on me the more I'm not wanting to get it. Unfortunately federal workers can't walk out without risk of being terminated. I mean I suppose if there was a nationwide coordinated effort we couldn't all be fired... haha. Then again we saw just how "crippling" the gov shut down was. I don't think anyone noticed gov employees weren't at work for nearly a month. Think about that one.

Yeah, that's bullshit too. Sucks what Biden is doing. Horrible.

I mean I guess it's honorable to be used as the "model for other employers"...haha. Also I'm fully aware that I have the choice to work where I do and if I don't like it I can leave. Not being forced to stay. We'll see what happens.

^ This. If someone doesn’t like their employer’s rules, they need to find a new employer. It really is as simple as that.

Yep, who am I to throw a fit and demand to do what I want if it's against my employer's policy. I mean it does seem to be the way of the future...haha

I get that it sucks, but it happens in private businesses every day, even before COVID. A lot of jobs require employees wear certain uniforms, or prove they have had certain training, or pay out of their own pockets to get additional training every year, or get certain inoculations, or not use social media, etc., etc., etc.

I’m thankful, although surprised, that people are even being given the weekly testing option as an alternative.

Yup... A list of essential functions a mile long for my job, qualifications, training, uniform, respirator fit testing, current DL, no social media (about work), inability to meet an essential function is an automatic "non punitive dismissal." Not to many people complain about the requirements because the pay is decent. I've been tested a minimum of once per week for just over a year now too, and I'm not bitching about that but I really don't agree with getting a vaccination that is as of yet proven to be effective or even safe.

This is where I'm at. I couldn't care less about who chooses to take the vaccine but it's way too rushed and I'm sorry, but when the government forces it on people, I have questions. This whole thing is a bunch of bullshit in my opinion. When the government comes out 5 years from now because kids have 3 eyes and says 'my bad,' it's too late. You can't force chemical stabbings on people. It's just not cool.

LOL... All I can think of is ALL those damn class action lawsuit commercials. "ATTENTION IF YOU WERE PRESCRIBED ANALOZIPENE BETWEEN THE YEARS OF 1996 AND 2006 AND YOUR DICK SHRIVELED UP & FELL OFF YOU MAY BE ENTITLED TO COMPENSATION!"
