Take a ride up too wild wood... And at the 75 chrome shop they have a CB shop.... And IMO he's the best tech on the east coast. Have him do a bench check for you and then go from there.
2016 Cherokee Trailhawk....
Always wanted a jeep but now that I have kiddos and a better half that likes to do the urban mall crawling thought this would be a good start....
For now!
Anyone try 'Purple Power' or 'simple green'??
They both work pretty well on grease and grime.
Basically spray the engine down with water, spray some of stuff on it, let it soak for about 10mins then spray it off!
Just my 2 cents,
Uncle Jimmy
I know this thread is for the renegade but I was wondering if daystar was doing anything for the Cherokee TH?? For now all I can really find is through RRO.
Just one thing... And this goes for everyone who is installing a CB.... Only time you'll need to ground your antenna is if your running a linear amp for the radio itself.... If your not and I highly recommend NOT too, then just cut the ground wire off or zip tie it back out of the way....
Like...
Btw... PM if anyone needs any help with selecting CB's and antennas for your rigs set up. I'll try my best too go over pros and cons and when possible I'll do a write up or video of possible installation options!
Now this is what I know about!!! Being a truck driver for 15+ years I've had all kinds of CB's.... And I've ran across all types of antennas... IMHO and professional one too boot.....
A COBRA 25LTD and Francis 4ft. fiber glass antenna running 18Ft of coax will work perfectly on any Wrangler...
I've just purchased a brand new TH and my fiancé and I love it! As far as the known issues (recalls) I was told buy Chrysler that most, if not all of them were taken care of for this years line up.... Now on to the fun stuff!
I've read some posts in other forums and articles about doing a lift...
I've seen some of the video.... Wonder what I can do to my Cherokee TH?? Would that lift work on mine or does daystar make a lift for the Cherokee Trailhawk??! Cuz I would love to slap a set of 33" on mine and give it a DAKAR look!
