Front appear to be about 3 1/2” and rear 2 1/2”

Correct, drop brackets for the front control arms.

If memory serves, I believe both front and rear bumpstop pads are 2.5”. I can verify and let you know.

UPDATE... I went with the EVO 2.5” Enforcer Overland kit with Bilstein replacement shocks. It’s now sitting on Nitto 37x13.5x17’s Ridge Grapplers and KMC Grenade Crawls. I’ve been driving with this setup for about two weeks now and must say I’m very happy with everything. I haven’t tested...
