2010 JKU Sahara, currently on a budget boost 2.5 rough country, trucklites with 33 in shoes.

I just got new front adj control arms (both upper and lower) and a rear lower, does anyone know how long I would need to adjust them from eye to eye for a 3” lift to get everything lined back up, or how I would be able to get that info?
