Is it normal for bolts to be installed from the bottom? I have been taught to have the bolts installed so that they don't fall out should the nut come loose; is the "upside down" installation "normal" on Jeeps?

I never envisioned how much fun driving a Jeep would be. I bought mine after I bought some land and also started showing land to prospective buyers - I simply "needed" a Jeep. Now I am looking forward to meeting other owners and learning about "wheelin'", accessorizing, and developing Jeep...
