Breathtaking scenery and awesome footage! Very nicely done!
Time for you to get a drone. Add some aerial footage and it's perfect!

Despite the in-cab can be more convenient, having a standard wired (or wireless) control is more versatile because it also lets you control the winch from outside also. Even though this requires a lot of caution because of lines snapping.

That's what makes a Jeep a real Jeep!
Mine has lots of them and being black they show even more. Only thing I did was installing a Kargo Master rack to also protect the A pillar from bigger branches that tend to hit it in narrow trails.
Works very well.

I use a 7in Samsung tablet that runs Android. App name is Orux Maps.
You can download maps from Google Maps and other sources for offline use, which is frequent on the places we go.
You can input coordinates and check best way to get there. Of course, knowing that GPS devices have some errors...
35 BFG KO on the 17in original 2007 aluminum rims here.
On snow I go down to 10psi and works fine for me.

I use a 7in Android tablet (Samsung) that has its own GPS and does not need cell service signal.
App is Orux Maps, which allows you to download maps for offline use. App is free but encourages donations to continue development.

Took a trail that led us to a snow shoe trail. Jeeps and snow shoes make a good match. Both made for off beaten paths enjoyment. Son, wife and I had a great time.

My suggestion is opening the hood all the way and checking whether how twisted it gets on that position.
Is it possible that it's only the hood that's not well adjusted?
How are the tires wearing off? Is the Jeep pulling one way or another while driving or braking? A bent frame would have...
My 07 JKU's radiator is showing signs that it wants to "retire".
My Jeep has the auto tranny and I installed the aux. cooler, which works great. Can ride the trails all day and never overheat.
However, newer Jeeps (unless I'm mistaken) have a better radiator that also has an improved tranny...
Now my Jeep started a new tantrum.
Sometimes the coolant temperature goes up to the point the high temp dashboard light goes on.
Then the same way it came up it goes down.
This is accompanied by the hot air blew from the vents cooling down and then coming up again.
So, the engine temp...
