Is this normal for the lower ball joint to not be a tight fit in the axle? It’s pressed in the knuckles good and all but I noticed when I was tightening up the lowers they weren’t tight in around in the lower c hole

This is in a sterling 10.25. Got my patter all set making sure everything looked good and when I tightened the crush washer and looked over everything I noticed a gap between the Bering and the race? No way this can be right? I tightened until my Bering preload was at 30 inch pounds as it said...
Any professional opinion on this pattern, all in not torqued to spec but is snug and this is my pattern on drive side. Should I shim the pinion more?

It would be awesome if somebody had a wiring diagram for this. I hooked up a relay to the 4 wires that connects to the axle so it would send the locked signal back to the computer and the only thing that happens is it still blinks but makes it where when I push the button to turn it off it won’t...
Do you have a wiring diagram? I put a meter on all 4 lines and one has power all the time as long as the ignition is on and 2 are grounds and one is dead. I know 2 wires send the signal to lock it and 2 send it back to the computer to tell it the lockers are locked. But with the voltage always...
