I've done a couple, never on a Jeep. If you don't have the socket try a flair nut wrench if you have a big enough one. The sensors I have replaced haven't come out without a fight and you may need a persuader bar if you don't use the socket and a breaker bar.
Have been looking at the Daystar hood cowl. It is mostly for the look since I live in NH and the heat build up is not an issue. Anyone have one?
Thanks, Paul
I'm looking at a new muffler for my 12 JKU I have the Banks CAI and want to open up the other end. I'm a New England mall crawler for the most part, weekend fire roads and backwoods camping in NH so I don't need to tuck it up so I don't tear it off. I'm looking at the twin tip ( see mall crawler...
The Zeon does not fit every bumper. In fact it did not even fit the first generation Warn Elite. Great combination but be aware you may need to do some fabricating to make it fit.
Paul
In fact the Zeon doesn't even fit all Warn bumpers! They post a Great picture of the Zeon on an Elite bumper... Well if you get an A model Elite you're SCREWED, that is what the kind customer service rep at Warn told me when I called to ask why my $1100 Zeon 10S didn't fit in my $750 Elite...
I have a complete front with tow hooks and lower valance looking for $75. I also have the rear looking for $50. Both are in very good condition no dents a couple of small scratches from being moved around the garage. No shipping I'm in southern NH.
Thanks,
Paul
If you go Zeon DO NOT purchase a Warn Elite bumper. They DO NOT fit together and Warn customer service SUCKS. I have the Elite and Zeon 10-S and had to modify the mounting and build spacers to put my $2100 winch/bumper combo together. When I called warn to ask what I could do or if they made...
Looking for a recommendation for a snatch block to use with Warn synthetic rope. Is there any difference in the pulley wheel for synthetic vs wire?
Thanks,
Paul
