Yes, I did that again today to make sure I didn’t miss any grounds. All look good and nice and tight. Quite a few grounds on the 392 for sure.

So I replaced the alternator and the battery, still getting the voltage jumps and power steering hot warning when it jumps over 15 volts. However, I did notice that I only see that jump in the off road pages, not in the voltage shown in the cluster. So guess I need to look closer at the wiring...

So I noticed when I get the power steering fluid hot warning flashing on and off, my alternator output is jumping like crazy from 12.5 to 16 . When the warning stops, so does the fluctuating charging, it remains steady at 14.2 or so. So, new alternator? Or loose ground?

I just had the same type of issue happen to my 2021 392 this week. However, mine only happens first thing in the morning when I was trying to get to work. Once I return to the house all pi$$ed off, it doesn't happen if I leave again for lunch. It starts by flickering on and off a few times...
