I would highly recommend spending the extra dough on some good sand blasting along with powder coating. If your gonna spend the time to remove your bumpers and fenders do it right. Texture or spray paint won't look good for long!

I just build this last month and it's amazing how much storage this free's up in the back by removing part of the rear seat and squeezing my 47 quart arb in there. If you need the back seats for passengers it's not really and option though.

I think Currie makes some that are similar. Not sure to what extent, long or short. I believe they're billet aluminum.

Changing out the spare tire on the chambers with new replacement tire from discount tire. This is very time consuming and frustrating but progress has been made! Almost done
I couldn't say without knowing anything about your setup.
Total poser shot, but I'm making some rocker changes and checking clearances.
My setup I could probably make it work. It would probably get super cozy with frame on the backside at full lock and bump.
