Out with the old and in with the new. We got the driveshaft rebuild today. As luck would have it, it was actually twisted which is why it was unbalanced. The shop had it fixed by the time we finished our wings down the street haha. Tonight we got the rear axle pulled and started to build new...
The jeep needs a new carb. Only problem is that I don't know much about carbs. It has a weber 32/36 DGAV automatic choke in it. Should we just replace it with the same carb or switch to something different. We are not rebuilding it.

I was thinking the same thing. I'm going to have to wait a couple weeks and get some new perches. If I had the money for a double cardagen and the novak conversation kit I'd flip the perchs to put the springs over and ditch the body lift.

Fixed a lot of the vibration tonight! Both of the spring perchs in the rear were collapsed and broken so we corrected the angle and welded some bar steel in to keep it from rolling back.

Took a look at it tonight and the problem was with the axle, the spring perch was collapsed causing the axle yoke to reach for the sky

I'm thinking about trying a transfer case drop kit to temporarily remedy the the issue. Just until we can afford a double cardagen and the novak adapters short conversation.

Haha, apparently so! Lol, it's horrible. If anything it should have KC's. It'll come off eventually but it's nice to have the light when we need it. We're hoping for a full restore in due time.
