ONE LAST ROAR - The End of the 392

those damn internet ghosts must be watching me because this just popped up to the top of my news feed. I’d just stick to a normal engine swap with 1 tons, but then again you don’t get the neat badging. https://www.motor1.com/news/712983/jeep-wrangler-rubicon-392-final-edition/

ONE LAST ROAR - The End of the 392

That’s because ANYONE who would buy an electric Charger would have immediate buyers remorse! I don’t care how responsive it is, you can’t beat the sound of a V8

ONE LAST ROAR - The End of the 392

Sad and stupid! I did hear they’re going to continue with crate engines for those wanting a Hemi in the future.

Anyone Gonna Watch the Sh!t Show?

I got about 30 seconds into it and had cravings to watch mumbles on YouTube for some reason.

Have any of you guys thought about or have done a V8 swap ?

I’ve had the 6.4 on my JT for a few months now. I did the AMW conversion and so far it’s definitely been a plug and play transplant with no major issue so far. It was definitely a want and not a need and you should account that these things are THIRSTY. Granted I’m still on 5.13’s with my Dana...

Towing, hauling and general comfort on 37s/38s ?

Sorry reading comprehension has never been my strong suit and my mind is always Jeep. She had the little 3.0 eco Sierra 1500, I’ve only pulled the side by side with it but I forgot it was there if that’s any help.

Towing, hauling and general comfort on 37s/38s ?

The tow pro helps smooth braking with the camper. Yes it is an eco diesel and had more power but I hated how bad it squats. Never noticed any difference in braking, I’ve always stopped when need too. Even with the Jeep and camper loaded up.

Towing, hauling and general comfort on 37s/38s ?

For trailer brake I highly recommend the tow pro from red arc. Easy install but you will still get rid fo the 12V lighter.

Towing, hauling and general comfort on 37s/38s ?

I don’t think it’s too extreme. I’ve been running a similar setup for a while now. I also have a 5k camper and use my Gladiator daily for business. The camper tows fine and other than power I actually prefer it over my wife’s little duramax. I will say with the lift and tires you’re not going to...

I believe it! I feel like we’ve had more mauling incidents this year than in recent memory. Looks like it was on the plains which it’s interesting at this day and age

My vote it no clue! There needs to age limit for presidents as well as term limits for congress. That way we don’t have their handlers propping them up like weekend at Bernie’s.
