Ok I've been running around for a while now with the Evo Bolt on's and LOVE them!! Other than being so damn noisy (AGM sliders are on there way) my only rear issue is that the rear seems to be too soft. And here's what I've tried so far... I've cranked the top ring down some and it helped, but...

You guys don't bottom out the rears running that low?? I've bottomed out a few times just running on the street with 4 people in it and nothing else. Air bumps are on the list but for now I'm gonna do some beefier springs in the rear. 200/250's ain't cut'n it.

Still sounds like something's binding up pretty badly. Try putting it on jack stands with the tires off to see if you can pin point it. You should almost be able to feel it. What does it sound like when your going faster?

Damn, you've got some serious binding issues going on under there! You 100% sure it went back together the way it came apart?? It may be a little anal/a.d.d. On my part but anytime I drop the shafts I paint marker it all up so I make sure it all lines back up the way it was.
