Got to work mounting the seats. Made some brackets out of 1/4" that will be directed welded to the main lower tubes of the cage. Still need some more tube run along the floor to mount the front of the seats.

Just wait, you will see how beef it's going to be. The entire cage and everything else is going to be welded to it. U never seen a backhalf tube jeep buggy? It will something look like this

Making some what steady progress.

My Christmas morning was spent in the shop and got the main rear frame section completely welded into place. Gonna clean up and grind down the extra overhang of the frame plates eventually,

Got some more knocked out this morning. Started bending my main piece of frame. (It will sit a little higher and flatter than in the pic) Then I cleaned up and grinded all the factory control arm mounts off. Then made plates that with have a hole cut in them to slide over the tube and weld to...

Keep making steady progress. All 4 amrs are tacked together and all mounts are tacked onto the axle. Put the tire on to start planning the backhalf/cage.

Worked on the jeep some more last night. I got my pinion angle where i think I needs to be. Then i tacked my upper arms together and upper mounts to the axle. To accomplice the full bump Im looking for, I had to cut the floor for clearance of my upper control arms.

Finally started working on the jeep again. Dropped the stock 44 and finally chopped the frame. Next i put the axle in place and started to measure for wheelbase. Decided I'm going for around 111". Made pvc mock up links then cut metal and have upper links ready to weld. Gonna get the lowers cut...
