Eddie, You don't understand a damn technical thing about your Jeep

OMFG Eddie, you crack me up. You don't understand a damn technical thing about your Jeep because Mel and Dynatrac built everything for you while you "helped", and you're so f-ing stupid you can't defend anything technical. So instead you do these ad hominem attacks on anyone who disagrees with...

What do you use for roll bar padding?

Got this stuff in today, definitely seems a bit firmer, more protective, and much less likely to bottom out than the cheap crap from before. A little bit of a stretch to get the cover wrapped and Velcroed around it, but it works.

What do you use for roll bar padding?

The stock stuff seems pretty firm, and I assume it'll do its job? But the stuff that goes with the cage I just added seems cheap and like not much more than a pool noodle. Anybody else have the same thoughts? I saw this stuff online, which is described like it's exactly what should be used...

    VIDEO : GO WIDE - Why You Want a 72.5” Dynatrac XD60 / PRO 1550 Front Axle

Eddie, how much bumpstop are you running on that compared to beforehand? And also compared to on a stock 44? I'm always curious about the dynatrac 60 axles but haven't seen any specific numbers regarding how much uptravel is available with them. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using Tapatalk

VIDEO : SCRUB RADIUS - What it's All About & The Dynatrac PRO 1550 Knuckle

Awesome, thanks for the confirmation on scrub radius not affecting turning radius. Yes I'm sure other things affect turning radius more, however I do have to say wheel end components affect turning radius enough to matter though! Try taking a 4 door jeep off road on tight trails on the same axle...

VIDEO : SCRUB RADIUS - What it's All About & The Dynatrac PRO 1550 Knuckle

Could you explain any relationship between scrub radius and turning radius? Thanks! Edit: I guess even just having a wider axle, instead of less backspacing, helps the arc that the wheel turns in to be smaller. Maybe I misunderstood about it being related to scrub radius?

Haha oops I hear knuckles and it translates to reid. I wonder if it's similar though.

The instructions for those knuckles provide guidance for adjusting the steering stops (they come intentionally long), take a look. www.reidracing.biz/JK001RL.pdf

    Beadlocks?

I just got my new method 105s put on [emoji2]. Not having fun with them off road until it gets warmer but I love the look so much better than my old wheels and got to say adios to my wheel spacers. The rings with their spacer rings fit my STT Pros perfectly. And with dynabeads, even with tpms...

    Can't decide if I want a cage

I've got a chance to get a deal on a sport-cage for my Jeep for under $450 and I can't decide if I want to pull the trigger. There are definitely some obstacles I have passed on because I don't have anything other than the stock cage, but also because I didn't feel comfortable attempting them...

    Cocktail Hour

Couldn't sleep so I figured I'd visit wayalife and have my recently discovered favorite, Captain & Dr. Pepper. I didn't expect it but I can't believe how well these 2 compliment each other.

    What's in your humidor?

Just got the opportunity to pick up these on my business trip. Hopefully they last until I get back home in a week or so. P.s. Hope you get to take care of your back problems and feel better Petthefish.
