I have had a similar experience. Had my aluminum fenders done by one company which turned out great and my steel rock rails done by another which hasn't held up to well. It must have to do with the different methods of each company. I don't think steel vs aluminum has anything to do with it

Moving along with the fender install. All holes are drilled and nutserts in place. Bought the astro pneumatic 1442 nut set tool which made the nut set install a joke
Not sure how others have done it but was only able to drill the lower of the two holes for the front brace in the inner side...
Finally got the front fenders powder coated and installed. Also added in some 3/4 inch side marker clear LED lights.
Still waiting on the rear fenders to arrive but hopefully get them sometime this week. Will snap some better pics once I have all 4 finally installed
Just installed the poison spyder fender flares and now trying to attach the LED side marker lights. I have the two wire version (black and white wires). Not working for some reason though. Any idea which wire in the stock pigtail is positive and which is ground. They are also black and white...
