Shocks advice needed: Standard vs Reservoir. Adjustable?

Hightide is a Sport with XR package and 35s. And i only have front and rear (no tire carrier) bumpers 90lb each, so should not be that heavy. But you absolutely right about the taller bump stop tower and bottoming out on bumps. Should have checked on that first ))) Thank You!

Shocks advice needed: Standard vs Reservoir. Adjustable?

i went with High Tide hoping they will put somewhat good package together ) May be they did and it's good for beach cruising, and may be my fault not reaching out to HT owners to get feed back, but there were only 5K Hightides made

Shocks advice needed: Standard vs Reservoir. Adjustable?

Thank you, i'm also in favor of Bilstein. Unless i'm missing other new products that were developed in the last 7 years. Do you think it's worth to upgrade coil springs as well? In case that special High Tide package also got "custom tuned" set for, you know, beach cruising It's a year old Jeep...

Shocks advice needed: Standard vs Reservoir. Adjustable?

I think I gave you the wrong description of the dip I was referring to. My bad. Let me give you better example. The photo below shows a freeway. Check out the arrows on the left. The middle one marks a short "downhill," and where it ends, it flattens out again. Going 40 shouldn't be a problem in...

Shocks advice needed: Standard vs Reservoir. Adjustable?

Hi there, I have a 2023 JL High Tide, which includes the Xtreme Recon package with a 1.5-inch lift and 35-inch tires. Not a daily driver. Front LOD full bumper, no winch (yet), and no extra weight. I do occasional crawling but mostly overlanding—think Inyo Coyote Flat type of trips. I'm pretty...

    Anyone tried "NoLimitz JL"?

Just wondering if it makes sense to install it on 23 High Tide. Or if i need it at all )))

Dual exhaust and cold air intake upgrade

Hi All, Did some research on both dual exhaust and cold air intake upgrades for JL and couldn't find any strong arguments towards one or another, except looks and sound. After "before and after" tests, owners claim they didn't see mileage or power improvements. It just sounds a bit tougher...

LOD Signature front bumper winch question

@wayoflife Yeah i was thinking about washers but thought maybe there are other options out there. Do you know if Evo 10 and Evo 8 have same dimensions?

LOD Signature front bumper winch question

Hey good people, I have a front LOD Signature on my 23 JL and tried to install Warn VR Evo 10-S on it, which Warn states should fit. Dimensions they publish are: 21" L x 6.3" D x 10.1" H and that is not the case at all, it is not 6.3 for D (width), it's at least 7.7. I can force the winch in...

2023 JL small, inside the cabin lock box / safe / vault

I'm planning to have somewhat long-term topless/bikini setup - no top, no hardtop, half doors, etc. That creates obvious problem for personal property that i would like to keep in my Jeep. Nothing VERY important and expensive, but crucial to everyday use. While i can install big lockbox or even...

23 High Tide vs 24 Willys XT

First of all Thank You for all the replies, it really helped. Now please NOTE: Following is my personal opinion: I went to dealership and got a glimpse of 2024, they didn't let me take pictures but i was right about my suspicions. Pic (a) Awkward looking, over-extended to the right with...
