After getting a $75 ticket for not having a visible license plate in the front of my JK, I installed it this weekend. I know there are mounts for roller style fairleads, but when I install a winch, I want a synthetic line. A straightforward install, maybe an hour to complete. Parking in downtown Denver gets expensive! LOL.

Took a picture without it and the steps to install. Always keep a beer or two close, when waiting for paint to dry.

I assume you got the ticket while parked? That's the only time I've gotten a 'missing front plate' ticket here in Colorado. Our parking meter expired. While we got a parking ticket, they gave us a ticket for no front plate as well. I've never been pulled over for it missing though.

Yep. We stopped into Falling Rock for beers, paid for 2 hours and then the meter maid left me a present in a yellow envelope. They don't pull you over for it, but get you when parked.
