1st day on the evo double throwdown build

1st day working on my 2015 jk getting ready for the parts coming this week. Front and rear axles have been removed,and got both lower control arm brackets removed. Not a bad day, looking forward to next weekend!

Wow this jack stands put the ones Ridge has to shame! Those are crazy
 
Subscribed! though I had a laugh at the picture with the jeep waaaaaay up, and the floor jack that now looks like a toy!
 
Ive been crazy busy with work so ive only been able to work on it here and there. As of now im ready to start installing all the new tabs and brackets. All the old mounts have been removed so i think im on the down hill slope.

Looks great! Just finished my F/R DTD and long arm install on a '14 JKUR, and agree that the old bracketry removal is the most tedious process. Looking back, glad to have taken my time and got everything ground down smooth, made for a very clean install.
BTW, those jack stands are awesome!

What did you use to cut and remove the brackets? Did you have to discharge the bypasses to do the install on the front?
