Where did your Jeep take You this Week?

No kidding? I rolled into the valley at about 1030am and bailed out a little before 2pm. It was a last minute decision to head up there. I may head out there next weekend also. We went up to Eliot Mine and pulled out about 50lbs of Amythest. Its had some cave ins since the last time I was there and is getting pretty scary. I don't know how much longer it will be there. We left just as the storm hit.

We were there around 9 and from there headed to table mountain and then the mountain springs stage trail. We left around 5. We were on the stage trail when the storm hit. Got a little sketchy but it was a good time.

The falls on the Coors can are actually Fish Creek Falls in Steamboat Prings, CO.

Busted!! Should have done my homework. A Texas tourist told me that. It's my story and I'm stickin' to it.
Here's a little more back up on the Fish Creek Falls story. Check out the property is for sale and has the potential to be closed to the public. I truly hope that does not happen!

Went to Cerro Gordo via the Inyo Crest Trail and had a great time with the club, even got the nickle tour and got to go to the top of the mountain, man what a view.
Had a BBQ afterwards sitting on the porch of the hotel, a couple of beers and finished it off with a good cigar, what a day!

I did a solo run through the Rubicon this weekend. Made it through the Little Sluice with issues now that they broke it all up. Made it to Rubicon Springs in 8 hrs and camped at the Dirty Dozen campsite. Early start on Saturday to be the first one up Cadillac Hill and had breakfast on Observation point. What a beautiful trail! Pretty challenging but a ton of fun.

To work this morning! I've been on vacation for a while and driving rental cars...it was nice to drive Knuckles again! Put a huge smile on my face even if only for my commute.

My brothers... He had other ideas once I got there tho...

Sharkey you posted under the wrong account.

LOL! No such luck! Left Hawaii at 12:30 local time, left Oakland around 9:30 to drive home, got home at 12:15 last night, to sleep at 2:00 and made it to work at 8:59 for a 9:00 meeting.

He did say "to work", not "wheeling".

That would be funny if it wasn't so true. :grayno: Hey, BTW let me know how much free time you have starting in about a month or so. ;)

Went to Hollister Hills this weekend. It was a pretty cool place, but packed with 4wheel parts customer appreciation run. Couldn't really get out to take pics, due to the lines of people and vehicles running all over the place.

Kim takin a nap in the shade while I watched the mud boggin
