Yeah, been out twice since the install and it’s worked great. It hasn’t seen desert yet but I’ll bet it’ll be fine there too as my mirror doesn’t move without a fair amount of force… time will tell. This mic doesn’t weigh anything so there’s that.Has the most mike attachment to the mirror been trail tested yet? What if it causes the mirror to rotate?
How much lift do you think you ended up with? Here’s some shots getting all flexy!

Thank you!Wow! Your Jeep looks great.
It had those Rancho springs that are more like 5” at install and settled at 3.5”. Jeremy said he bumped the front by an inch and the rear by 1.5”. So it should be around 4.5” in front and 5” in the rear. How much lift do you think you ended up with?
So how would you compare the ride with the long arms?Thank you!

So I had the Synergy control arms before, front and rear, and they are really great. However, having a 3.5” lift and no front geo brackets, rough terrain, and even some cracks on the road, was a little harsh. The long arms feel fantastic and the ride quality from them alone is night and day different. That lower angle of attack in to cracks and such, which is closer to stock I guess, seems to make a big difference. So how would you compare the ride with the long arms?
Thanks, Ray!Jeeps looking good Mike!![]()
Great looking Jeep. How’s the winch coming along, almost back together?
Thanks, Presley. Well, I was going to box it up this week and send it off but Warn told me they have a two week turnaround for repairs. Problem is that’s nearly a month including shipping. I may be doing the Rubicon and the RTF trail on the first of June. Deciding what to do at the moment.Great looking Jeep. How’s the winch coming along, almost back together?
Back up winch? Warn Evo? Turn it into a hitch mounted winch for the snow wheeling when you get yours back back from warn? Thanks, Presley. Yeah, that’s a good idea… that may be my backup plan. Thanks!Back up winch? Warn Evo? Turn it into a hitch mounted winch for the snow wheeling when you get yours back back from warn?
Cool side quest! Looks like a cool placeGuess I’ll add some of my exploits here as well.
Today Robyn and I went on a road trip up to a little town called Etna to check out a Peony flower farm, a brewery and a distillery.
On the way we went through this little town called Callahan and when I saw this bar I had to stop.

To my dismay they only serve beer there but a cool spot to have a cold one nonetheless.

Apparently this is the first and the oldest commercial refrigerators in California made in 1856 and was originally loaded with ice in the top cabinet… not going to research it. Lol

Had a cool old truck out front.

Went up the highway to check out the Peony farm but they closed a few days ago. Found out that they only allow the public on the farm between mid-may and early June. Unfortunately, couldn’t even grab a pic of the place because it was above the highway. Oh well, try again next year.
Made it to Etna, town of about 737 and what seemed like a dozen churches. I guess with a distillery and a brewery, more churches the better. Lol
Stopped for lunch and a drink at Etna Brewing Co.
