Kielbasa round/slice at the bottom to keep form then stuffed with the same thing I stuff the jalapeños with. Add a cube of cheese, I used Gouda. I did try a few with hot links to see how that is. I will report back.

Filling is

1 package cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
2/3 cups shredded cheese (I used Asiago/cheddar mix)
2 tablespoons of your favorite seasoning
1 whole jalapeño chopped up
1/2 cup bacon

Basically half that. We used to buy that and have my parents over. Right now, they aren’t allowed to be around us “carriers” so we bought the smaller cut to avoid waste.

It’s not bad. Pretty nice. I would buy this one instead if I was doing it over cause it’s wifi and I don’t have to be so close to the unit for it to work.
