This one we are just now finishing the last pour…it took an hour to open up…and it is fantastic.
however, not all wines age well…and how the wine is stored is important. Some years the vintage adds serious longevity, some years you have to drink quickly…

Here is an example of a wine that didn’t age well…we gave it an hour in a decanter last night, but it never “came back” in both color and taste…
so we opened this one which was the same vintage year…but a completely different wine…and it was stellar
