Wife’s new JT

Looks much better! Is it me, or is it squatting a bit?
Sorry late reply. I think it’s just the picture. Seems level on the flat. We’ll see how it looks when we add the winch and bumper weight. She absolutely loves this thing. We found a like new/used 1/2 height bed rack (JCR) for $300. Eventually we’ll put a tent on it. She already “borrowed” my Roto pax for it. Lol! 470ACEC3-830F-4B37-A626-8393AFEA53E9.jpeg

Update: Did a muffler delete on the JT today. We kept the big resonator before the muffler, cut off the main muffler and just replaced it with straight pipe. Then cut the little resonator just where it goes by the spare tire heat shield and put a little turn down on the end to direct exhaust down and out. Surprisingly quiet until you get on it. I would say it has a little sharp tone to it on the gas but not overpowering at all. She’s going to drive it for a few weeks and see if we need change anything. Cheap and easy.

A few updates! Got the 1/4 pounder and winch installed. Picked up our RTT at CVT in Bend Oregon. It was a bit of a rush getting there and back before the snow storm. Had to wait until we got home to open it up in the shop. All in all the wife’s ride is starting to look pretty good! Had to remount the Rotopax for clearance and the traction boards should be here tomorrow for the other side. Took it on a little snow run as well. Having a blast building it up. Camping season is coming soon!
