I purchased my jeep last September... what I realized that when I play any media throw Bluetooth. The video starts first than the sounds play.
Any suggestions how to fix this issue

Uconnect has a lot of issues. However this particular issue could be due to your tires being too small. Correct that problem and check again.

I think it’s just a i connect thing. All my Ram/Jeeps of various years do it.

uconnect has always sucked, sucked on my GC from years ago and seems to suck on every chrylser vehicle.
my neighbors new ram has issues and he's asked me if my Jeep does... it does

Uconnect is worthless. Do you have the option for Android Auto or Crapple AirPlay with the stock head unit?
