Self Cleaning Paint

Looks easy enough, mask it off and spray it on. I'd do it especially on the work truck that sits outside in the winter

It looks like they used this same product and applied it as an over coat to the car paint finish.

There is a few videos on YouTube about this product that came out a couple of years ago, search 'water resistant sprays' or 'superhydrophobic coatings' which shows different uses of the product, like on boots or tools or shirts... I always wondered if you could coat a car or a Jeep with it! I don't know the cost of the product but I had heard that Home Depot has something like it, I've never took the time to look for it.
Neat stuff... Would like to try it!!! :thumb:

The one they sell at Home Depot is called "Never Wet" I have used it. It works Greta I used it to coat my oil collection pan, funnels, and some tools. It works great, just like in the videos but it breaks down over time and you end up having to re-coat it every now and again.
