RAM is canceling the 3.0 EcoDiesel as of JAN 2023.

I wonder how long JEEP will continue the EcoDiesel. You can find on YT where diesel mechanics are talking about why RAM went wrong with this engine, what it's problems are, etc. I was considering trading my gas JT for a JTD, but after doing my research, nah. And if I had one, I would trade it in on a gas 3.6 or 392.

I wasn't saying that the engine was bad or good. I was saying that RAM is discontinuing the engine and wondering if JEEP plans to do the same. If you've ever had a discontinued engine, I have, you know it creates all sorts of problems down the road from parts to finding someone who knows how to work on it.

The answer is yes. Jeep is already discontinuing the diesel in the JL and will eventually do so for the Gladiator as well.
