After a break in, in my garage, and my Jeep, I was thinking that it sure would be nice to add some security to the glove box and center console. Maybe tapping in on the tailgate latch wiring, since the front doors are usually off. So basically I would be running 2 additional switches off the tailgate latch so that when the glove box or center console are opened the Jeep security system would think that the tailgate has been opened and honk and flash the lights.
On the down side, the tailgate ajar message would go on when the glove box / center console are opened.
But, I can't find the JK wiring diagram. Any help would be appreciated.
