Noticed some fluid under the passenger side. Thinking maybe heater core. Can anyone confirm this fluid and location? Looks like a vent tube by the oil filter coming out of the firewall.

Anyone have a clue what this might be? I found it dangling on the passenger side, under the glove box. Didn't really see anything that could connect it to.

I'm trying to fit an air compressor in my engine bay but the only place that I can get it just right is in an upright position. Is it okay for those to sit in that position? Attached a pic of it.
