I have the UD60 for the JL right now. Was doing a search and this thread popped up.
I'll get back to you this week if their truly "Ultimate".

Pretty old thread. I may be mistaken, but I was under the impression that they have improved them.

Caught the Bug
I was a little apprehensive about them, but I got my ud 60s after watching the JT vids and reading on here about the improvements. I installed them in late November/early Decemberish in hopes of getting in on the New Years Run. Broke them in over a week, changed oil and hit the road for six days and about 2600 miles including the easy run and then we hit two leaf trail outside of Vegas. Pulled the covers after I got home and everything looks great! I think for the availability, bigger brakes and plug and play stuff, they are pretty good.

That's good to hear! Glad to see the past problems have been addressed.

What's up guys. It's Stephen featherly that posted all this about the axles on Facebook. Just an update for those that care. I now have 100,000 miles on the ud60 axles. I have broke 1 set of rear spider gears, 1 rear ring gear and broke 1 warn premium hub. Other than that these axles have done great for the amount of abuse I give them.

Awesomeness. I was wondering who posted that. I don't use Facebook but I know this guy that does, and he told me about it.

In other news, You should fire your spotter.
