Drivers and Diners - Where you eating?

Couldn't find a thread for this so I thought I'd post one up to show the cool eateries and restaurants we've all been to!

To kick things off in SoCal, we stopped at The Hamburger Factory in Poway for breakfast. Poway is a very historical town and this diner, especially with its rustic location and architecture, made me feel even more appreciative of the history of the area and the nation as a whole. If you're in the area I highly recommend you check it out.

I was "born" and raised in Poway 60 years ago and this place looks like fabricated "history" (in "old town" where I spent some time in nursery school) to me! The town has been thoroughly "astroturfed" since then so I barely recognize it other than the routes of some major streets. Older buildings are torn down to make space for newer shopping centers.

Sometimes. Other times it's crazy expensive. I just did a back to school night event last night and it was $15-$18 for a nacho plate. Appeared to be Nothing special either.
For sure.. I find it’s the Trucks on the street serving mostly the local Labor workers that are the best. Seems like they care.
