Look up your local Civil Air Patrol squadron, they work with FEMA, local law enforcement, etc providing Search & Rescue services. (Air & Ground)

In our part of Arizona, you can become a member of Tonto Rim Search And Rescue. They will give you a sticker to put on your jeep!
