Well I got a call 10 mins after the shop closed to tell me they got it all finished. The shop manager waited another 20 mins for me to drive and pick up my Jeep. I've got to say I had no idea they could do a clutch job that fast. Clutch feels much better now. The pedal is softer and will take...
Pulled the skid plates of the jeep so I could drop it off at the transmission shop. Turns out the noise I thought was an idler pully was my throw-out bearing. Started grinding, squealing, and vibrating the pedal 2 days ago when I got home. While he has it open I opted to replace the clutch too...
Such BS. This "need" for lithium and the green movement is infuriating. There is a reason sales on EV's are declining. People don't want them. This forced fed idea of this being the say all be all needs to stop.
I seriously don't understand people. I love how the article says "we hope the responsible party comes forward so we can discuss restitution" The person who did this probably didn't even know the history behind the tower he pulled over. Idiot!
Loved cleaning up old weeds and yard debris this way. Sure beats bagging it and hauling it off. I guess I could have done what the shitbags do and dump it in the desert.
Yes very confusing. Permatex blue is in a blue bottle. Also having worked on mountain bikes blue does have its place. But on a jeep red is the go to. Also I think I learned as a kid that red was "permanent" and should only be used in certain applications.
Yeah I left it to see what happens. My plants send out tons of runners so I've got new plants all over from those...haha.
Nope and don't really plan to. I do know this area sits adjacent to an area where they did bombing practice during WWII. They used dummy rounds though.
