Thanks all we were back out there today the lower shop/barn is 40x60 the other garage is 25x35 1400 square foot house .
lots of quail and hummingbirds.
so far all is good no issues with inspection waiting on appraisal which I don’t foresee any problems. It will be nice to have my own little piece of AZ
